This course helped me a lot by teaching me new ways I can approach a prospective student. I also learned a lot about all the different rules and regulation an admission officer has to follow.

This course was extremely helpful, I thought I knew everything about the duties about an Admissions Rep. I definitely learned something new today. Printing some of the subjects to add to your notebook was a great addition.

I came away with a much better grasp of the new regulations that have been introduced. This helped a great deal.
